bereavement leave.
In addition, the Gender Equality in Employment Act
provides basic protection for employees through
its provisions prohibiting gender discrimination
and sexual harassment in the workplace, and
other stipulations for promoting equality at work
including the right to apply for parental leave
without pay and resumption of employment.
