In view of imbalances in Taiwan’s supply and demand for industrial land, and low utilization in some locations, on January 8, 2015 the Executive Yuan approved the “Industrial Land Policy Innovation Program.” This program designated InvesTaiwan as a single window for land matching service. Through collaborative efforts with industrial park management officials, county & city governments, and the agents commissioned by the Northern/Central/Southern Regional Industrial Parks Administration Office of the Industrial Development Administration (IDA), the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA). InvesTaiwan has established a systematic land search assistance service which provides various acquisition channels.
