Taiwan Investment Guide

To further its mission of encouraging and facilitating investment in Taiwan, the Department of Investment Services (DOIS, formerly known as the Indusrial Development and Investment Center, IDIC), MOEA has created the Taiwan Investment Guide to help investors and business executives to better understand government-related applications and procedures and other local business practices related to investing and doing business in Taiwan.

The key sections (see links in left-hand navigation menu) of this online guide cover a wide range of material, but focuses on business entity establishment, visas, work permits and residency, taxes and filing requirements, trademark and patent procedures, and personnel recruit and human resources.
