Rental rates for land in Export Processing Zones (EPZ) are paid to the Export Processing Zone Administration (EPZA).

Public facilities within the zones are built and maintained by the EPZA and funded by bank loans. The EPZA charges zone occupants for public facility construction based on the area of land leased in order to cover the loans. Charges are incurred from the first day of land lease for each zone occupant, and are be imposed for 20 years.

EPZ occupants shall be charged management fees in order to maintain environmental sanitation, safety, and provide public facilities in EPZs, the EPZA and its branch offices (refer to Article 21 of Statute for the Establishment and Management of Export Processing Zones, and Export Processing Zone Administrations' Standard Rates for Management Fees, Regulatory Fees & Service Fees).
